Shipping policy

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier.  After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days of purchasing, please contact us at eilleksboutique01@gmail.com.

We pride ourselves in providing fast shipping!  We offer USPS and express shipping.  All orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon the delivery address and total order weight.  Orders placed with free shipping will also adhere to this schedule and method of shipping. 

Orders placed Friday-Sunday or on a holiday will ship the following business day.

Please note that once your order has left our warehouse we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items in transit.  We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once it is in the possession of USPS.
